I can cook a readme up in a flash. Was actually beginning to think my work was pointless. Do you happen to know which version you have? They have slight differences.

Ok downloaded the latest but ... cant seem to get it to work where do i find The user interface ..in the game or in the intgrated browser..pls explain or link to a explanatory video or simular

im a complete novice ...

I apologize for the delay in my response, life has been rather busy.

The program is a stand alone program, if you downloaded the latest zip, simply extract the archive and run "Eve-Pricer.exe" from that directory. Everything required for Eve-Pricer to run is included in the archive.
